为了帮助缓解这一现状，“残障伙伴英语学习营”项目应运而生了。我们根据残障人士的英语学习需求，结合爱莎学生志愿者们的特长和优势，定期为广东省残培教育发展基金会的残障学员提供在线和现场的英语学习支持服务。每次课程持续3个小时，每周一次，我们的目标就是帮助这些学员跨越障碍，助力他们在学习英语的旅程上迈步前行。

Based on the English learning needs of people with disabilities and the strengths of ISA students, we regularly provided online and on-site English learning support services to the disabled people of the Guangdong Disabled Education Development Foundation. Each lesson lasts 3 hours and is held once a week. Our goal is to help these people overcome barriers and move forward in their English learning journey.
