• Building detailed student profiles and setting tailored academic and career goals through one-to-one meetings, with systematic follow-up to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Semesterly workshops for G6-G8 to build foundational university planning skills; weekly UG sessions for G9-G12, focusing on global university systems, strategic planning, and resource use.
• Personalised counselling for students and workshops for parents on subject choices, academic pathways, university selection, CVs and activity lists, personal essays, interview skills, and application follow-up.
• Guidance on academic course selection, extracurricular planning, and standardised test preparation (e.g. IELTS/TOEFL, SAT/ACT, IB, UK university admission tests).
• Collaboration with the academic team to prepare key application documents, including school profiles, recommendation letters, transcripts, and predicted grades.
• Maintaining strong relationships with top universities through visits, conferences, and direct engagement to ensure access to the latest information and opportunities.
• Connecting students with internal and external resources, including professors from leading universities and enrichment programmes through ISA Academy.
